Pleasant place, accommodating staff on for full service. Nice hot and unlimited breakfast for the start of the day with juice, tomatoes and fried egg. Very central location, very close to Grassmarket or Princess Street, the outskirts of town and everything, quiet rooms and comfortable rooms and minutes from a castle and a theatre. Plus, walking distance to Leamington Lift Bridge.
